Technical and organizational measures within trusting.one not only comply at least with the GDPR, but in some cases go well beyond it, especially in their entirety.
Furthermore, trusting.one is not about power and the excessive enrichment of a few, but rather, for example, about fair cooperation on an equal footing regardless of position, as well as fairer and more sustainable distribution/allocation/use of resources.
How does this relate to comparable platforms/solutions, especially transatlantic ones, as Europe has nothing comparable to offer so far?
Resisted such and similar values for decades, mostly successfully
At least quasi-monopolies in some cases
Excessiveness and lack of insight on the part of those involved
Already declared invalid: Safe Harbor, Privacy Shield
EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework now approved by the European Commission

However, it is once again not only common sense that is raising concerns, but also EU bodies and other European data protection authorities. The European Parliament has even called on the European Commission to renegotiate the agreement or challenge it before the ECJ
people and (e.g. European) politics more or less helpless
Once again (U.S.) dependency(ies) unmistakably demonstrated
Unacceptable in terms of people, consumers, companies and politics
Within trusting.one, such conditions are eliminated or do not even arise. This is guaranteed, among other things, by unconditional (minimum) respect for the individual, as well as unconditional honesty and transparency, realized through both technical/organizational measures/regulations and appropriately aligned partners/members.
