Freedom of expression is an indispensable part of trusting.one. It goes without saying that the protection of the individual is as indispensable as it is elementary. Therefore, individual (speech) freedom ends when it restricts the (fundamental) rights of others.
This is consistently implemented and enforced. The focus is initially on insight. If misconduct is proven beyond doubt, the members concerned will be sanctioned if necessary. Ultimately, this may mean (temporary) exclusion from the community. Depending on the future size of trusting.one, this can have considerable consequences for those affected. Such decisions must therefore be weighed up accordingly. However, this is not the responsibility of an individual or a few individuals, but of the entire community and does not, of course, replace national/international legal regulations/measures, insofar as these are applicable in individual cases.
